The Washington Wizards need Mike Miller to be a little more selfish

Blogged under General, Bloglockers, Game Recaps, Need to step up, Front Page by alleyoop on Thursday 11 March 2010 at 12:35 pm

SG/SF Mike Miller is a solid “team” player but the Wizards need him to be a little more selfish due to the lack of playmakers on the team. Miller has played in 33 games (29 starts) for the Wizards this season and he is averaging 32.0 minutes, 9.7 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists. Miller is the best shooter on the team and for that reason they need him to shoot more. Miller has connected on 53.4% of his shots from the floor, 52.1% from three point range and 82.5% from the free throw line. Miller has the potential to easily average 15+ points per game if he just would shoot the ball a little bit more.
