The rookies on the Washington Wizards have potential
The Wizards have given their rookies minutes off the bench this season due to injuries and they look like they will contribute in the future. Nick Young will be a starter at some point in his career and he can really put the ball in the basket. He has played in 55 games (2 starts) this season and he is averaging 14.5 minutes, 6.7 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game. He is a decent shooter from everywhere as he is hitting 41.5% of his shots from the floor, 35.5% of his shots from three-point range and 82.2% from the free throw line. Dominic McGuire hasn’t played that great this season for the Wizards. He has played in 47 games (0 starts) this season for the Wizards and he is averaging 8.6 minutes, 1.0 point, 1.8 rebounds and 0.4 assists per game. He also has shot poorly this season as he is only hitting 36.2% of his shots from the floor and 33.3% of his shots from the free throw line. Oleksiy Pecherov has played decent lately for the Wizards. He has played in 20 games (0 starts) this season for the Wizards and he is averaging 9.3 minutes, 3.8 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game. He is not shooting too well however as he is only shooting 37.3% from the floor and 55.6% from the free throw line.
